Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Hi, I'm Jennifer.

This is hard. I'm glad you're here. Therapy works best when you feel safe, seen, and respected, so that's where we start.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, grief, trauma, and the big and small transitions that come with being human. My approach is compassionate, curious, and non-judgmental. I see you as the expert on your own experience, my role is to offer a safe, affirming space and to help you build the insight and skills to navigate what's in front of you.

Before opening my practice, I worked as a medical social worker, including on the Palliative Care team at Cook Children's Medical Center, where I supported families through complex chronic illness and end-of-life concerns. I've sat with people in cardiac intensive care, helped families navigate confusing healthcare systems, and learned, again and again, that healing isn't linear. That work profoundly shaped how I show up in the therapy room.

I have a special interest in supporting neurodivergent adults, including those who were diagnosed later in life, and in how our circumstances and environments shape our mental health.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me sewing, I love quilting, bags, and totes (just about anything that isn't clothing), and spending time with my husband and our two cats, Stella and Maisy.
