Fees & Insurance

Making therapy accessible

Cost should never be a mystery. Here's what to expect, and how to check your coverage.

Coverage

Insurance accepted

I'm in-network with several major insurance plans:

At this time, we are not able to accept Medicaid or Medicare.

Not sure what your plan covers?

Insurance can be confusing. Share a few details and I'll verify your behavioral-health benefits for you, what your copay, deductible, and coverage look like, usually within about two business days.

I'd also encourage you to call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and ask about your outpatient mental health benefits, including your copay, deductible, and any visit limits. Any benefits estimate, whether mine or yours, is not a guarantee of coverage; your plan determines final costs.

Paying out of pocket

Self-pay & sliding scale

Prefer not to use insurance, or don't have coverage we accept? Self-pay is welcome. A limited number of sliding-scale and reduced-fee sessions are reserved for uninsured clients who need them, please ask, and we'll do our best to find something workable.

Your rights

Good Faith Estimate

Under the federal No Surprises Act, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs if you are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance. You'll receive a written estimate of the cost of services before we begin, and you can request one any time. Just ask, I'm happy to walk you through it.
